Fighters Cohort #2 is now underway.
Our second cohort of Fighters has officially begun their journey. Discover PATI, helping breast cancer survivors rebuild strength, confidence, and well-being through community.
Breast cancer diagnosis marks the beginning of a journey that is different for every woman. Whether you're newly diagnosed, currently undergoing treatment, or navigating life after treatment, each stage comes with its own physical, emotional, and mental challenges.
From managing treatment and side effects to rebuilding strength, finding the right nutrition, and learning to feel at home in your body again, many women find themselves asking the same question: "What's next?"
That's exactly why the Pink Army Thrive Initiative (PATI) was created.
What is the
PATI Program?

The Pink Army Thrive Initiative (PATI) is a comprehensive program developed by Compete For A Cure powered by Pink Army Foundation.
Over the course of the program, participants receive personalized guidance in three key areas that play a critical role in long-term survivorship:
-
Exercise & movement
-
Nutrition
-
Mental health & emotional wellness
PATI helps Fighters do more than recover, it helps them thrive. Every participant works with experienced coaches who understand their unique needs and build individualized plans that meet them wherever they are in their journey.

The Impact of PATI
Every fighters' journey is different.
PATI is here to walk alongside them, wherever they need support.
Throughout the program, participants often experience:
-
Increased confidence
-
Improved fitness and endurance
-
Better nutrition habits
-
Reduced feelings of isolation
-
Greater emotional resilience
-
New friendships that continue long after the program ends
While every participant's goals are unique, one thing remains consistent: they leave stronger than when they started.

Lindsey Marcelli
Founder of Compete For A Cure
Lindsey is passionate about creating meaningful change and supporting those affected by breast cancer. Inspired by her mother Linda's breast cancer diagnosis while she was deployed in Iraq, she has dedicated her work to building communities that empower, encourage, and uplift others. Recognizing that many survivors need ongoing support after treatment ends, Lindsey envisioned a program that focuses on the whole person, not just their diagnosis. Her goal is simple: To ensure every survivor feels seen, supported, empowered, and reminded that life after cancer can be filled with hope, strength, and community.
Meet the coaching team
One of the most valuable parts of PATI is the dedicated coaching team.
Each Fighter works with professionals who provide encouragement, education, and personalized guidance throughout the program.
